How much is a roof inspection?
It's a fixed-fee booked service, and the video report is included. Give us a call with your postcode and we'll confirm the cost for your property.
Do you use a drone?
Yes, a drone survey lets us inspect the whole roof safely and close-up, including steep or hard-to-reach roofs, without ladders or scaffolding.
What do I actually get?
A full inspection of your roof and a video report you can keep showing what we found and explaining what it needs.
Can you inspect a roof before I buy a house?
Yes, a roof inspection before you commit tells you the condition of the roof and any work it's likely to need. (It's a roofer's inspection of the roof, not a full RICS building survey.)
My roof is leaking now — should I book an inspection or a repair?

My roof is leaking right now — what should I do?
Move anything valuable out from under the leak, put a bucket down, and call us. On an emergency call we, make the roof safe and stop the water getting in, then arrange the full repair.
How fast can you get to an emergency roof repair?
We aim to attend emergency leaks the same day across the ME area and out across Kent & Medway. We prioritise active leaks and storm damage.
Can you repair storm damage?
Yes, slipped and missing tiles, lifted felt, damaged flashing and storm-related leaks are everyday work for us.
Will you go up on the roof in bad weather?
We'll always come out and make your roof safe, but we won't carry out a full repair at height in a live storm or high wind it isn't safe and it isn't good work. We weatherproof it to stop the damage, then complete the permanent repair as soon as conditions allow.
Do you repair flat roofs as well as tiled roofs?
Both. For a flat roof that keeps failing, see flat roofing sometimes a re-cover is the better fix than another patch.
