Need Emergency Drainage Services in Kent & Medway?

Our local drainage engineers are available 24/7 for blocked drains, drain repairs and emergencies.

WHAT WE REPAIR

If its a drain and its damaged, we fix it:

  • Cracked or fractured pipes

  • Leaking or displaced joints

  • Collapsed or partially collapsed sections

  • Sunken, dropped or misaligned pipes

  • Damage caused by tree roots

  • Drains that keep blocking because the pipe itself is failing

The first step is always finding out exactly what's wrong — usually with a CCTV survey so the repair targets the real problem, not a guess.

NO-DIG REPAIR OR EXCAVATION?

There are two ways to repair a damaged drain, and we'll always recommend the one that fixes it with the least disruption:

No-dig relining

where the pipe still has a sound bore, we repair it from the inside, with no trench across your property. Faster, cleaner and usually cheaper. It's our default wherever it's possible.

Excavation

where a drain has fully collapsed or there's nothing left to line, we dig down, repair or replace the damaged section, and reinstate the ground afterwards.

We assess first and tell you honestly which one yours needs, we don't dig when we don't have to, and we don't bodge a lining job when the pipe really needs replacing.

HOW DRAIN EXCAVATION WORKS

  • Survey & Locate - A CCTV inspection confirms exactly where and how bad the damage is.

  • Excavate - we open up just the section we need, carefully around other services.

  • Repair or replace - we replace the damaged length with new pipe, correctly bedded and connected.

  • Reinstate - we backfill and make good the ground, drive or surface afterwards.

You'll know the scope and the price before we start, and we keep the dig as small as the job allows.

COLLAPSED DRAINS AND SUBSIDENCE

A collapsed drain is the serious end, left alone it can cause flooding, ground movement and even subsidence under a property.

If you've got a sinkhole appearing, a drain that's completely blocked and won't clear, or movement in the ground above a drain run, get it looked at quickly.

Collapse and subsidence damage is also often covered by buildings insurance. We provide the CCTV footage and reports insurers ask for.

DRAIN EXCAVATION & REPAIR FAQ's

See a list below of our frequently asked questions from our customers

Can my drain be repaired without digging?

Often, yes. Where the pipe still has a sound bore, we reline it from the inside with no trench. We'll tell you if yours qualifies.

When does a drain have to be dug up?

When it's fully collapsed or there's no pipe left to line. In that case we excavate just the damaged section, replace it and reinstate the ground.

Do you handle collapsed drains?

Yes, from a partial collapse to a full one, including the locating, excavation and reinstatement.

Will my insurance cover a drain repair?

Collapse and subsidence damage is often covered by buildings insurance. We can't speak for your policy, but we provide the survey footage and reports insurers typically need.

How much do drain repairs cost?

There's no call-out charge, and you'll know the fixed price before we start. It depends on the damage, the depth and whether it's a no-dig or excavation repair, we'll give you a clear figure once we've surveyed it.

Do you map where the drains run as well?

Yes. As well as checking the condition inside the pipe, we can trace and map where your drains run, how deep they are and where they connect — useful before an extension, before buying a property, or before any digging. You get a clear map you can keep. Many jobs use both together: map where it is, survey what state it's in.

Do you work with residential and commercial properties?

Yes, we provide drainage services for both residential and commercial customers across Kent & Medway. We work with homeowners, landlords, businesses, restaurants, offices, retail units and industrial properties.

Can you help with overflowing drains and flooding?

Yes, our emergency drainage engineers can respond quickly to overflowing drains, flooding, blocked manholes and sewage backups. We use professional drainage equipment to identify the cause of the issue and restore safe drainage as quickly as possible.

How do I know if I need a CCTV drain survey?

You may need a CCTV drain survey if you experience recurring blocked drains, bad smells, slow drainage, suspected drain damage or ongoing drainage issues that cannot be identified externally. CCTV surveys allow us to inspect the inside of your drains and diagnose problems accurately.

Are your drainage engineers fully insured and qualified?

Yes, all of our drainage engineers are fully insured, experienced and trained to carry out professional drainage services safely and effectively across Kent & Medway.

Do you provide drain repairs?

Yes, we provide professional drain repair services for damaged, cracked and collapsed drains. After identifying the issue, we can recommend the most effective repair solution to restore your drainage system.

How can I prevent blocked drains?

Regular drainage maintenance can help prevent blocked drains. Avoid pouring grease down sinks, dispose of waste correctly, keep gutters clear and arrange routine drain cleaning or CCTV inspections if you experience recurring drainage issues.

My outside drain is blocked — is that my responsibility or the water company's?

It depends where the blockage is. A drain inside your boundary that only serves your property is usually yours; a shared or public sewer is the water company's. We'll tell you which it is when we're there, and point you to the right people if it's not yours.

What if clearing it doesn't fix it for long?

That's a sign the pipe itself needs attention. We'll survey it with a camera and recommend the right repair — root removal, relining or, as a last resort, excavation.
