Will pressure washing damage my render or roof?

Not if it's done right. We don't pressure-wash render or delicate roof tiles we soft-wash them (low pressure plus a biocide treatment), which cleans without stripping coatings or forcing water in. The method is matched to the surface every time.

Do you use chemicals, and are they safe around pets and plants?

The biocides used for soft washing are applied carefully and are designed to break down safely. We take sensible precautions around planting and pets, and we're happy to talk it through before we start.

How often should I have my driveway or patio cleaned?

For most Kent & Medway homes, once a year keeps on top of it though shaded, damp or north-facing surfaces green up faster and may want doing more often.

Do I need to be home while you work?

Usually not, as long as we have access to the surface and a water supply. We'll agree all of that when we book you in.
